Isidoro Di Giovanni is a founder of the firm.
He was born in Noto, Sicily, in 1960, attended high school, and then moved to Catania, where he studied law at the local University, learning from, amongst others, professors Sanfilippo, Ferrara and Libertini.
Upon graduation, he moved to Milan and worked in the law firm of Giuseppe Santonocito, where he completed his professional training. In the first years of his practice, he assisted both natural persons and companies in civil litigation.
From 1989 to 1993, while continuing to work with Mr. Santonicito, he has been gradually opening his own private practice.
In 1993 he took over Mr. Santonocito’s firm. Subsequently, he expanded his activities with the acquisition of new cases, especially of large companies.
In 2003 he co-founded the AVVOCATI ASSOCIATI law firm.
He married in 1986 and has a daughter. He spends his free time with his family, running (he completed his first marathon in Venice in 2010) and playing chess as a quasi-professional player. He loves reading and movies, particularly 40’s American noir.

Marcello Bernarduzzi is a founder of the firm. He was born in Bollate (Milan) in 1967.
He attended high school in Saronno, and then studied law at the Università Cattolica of Milan, learning from, amongst others, professors Treu, Schlesinger, Fumagalli, Carulli and Vanzetti.
From 1993 to 1996 he has been completing his professional training at the Uberti law firm in Cassano d’Adda, acting as fiduciary of insurance companies.
Here he specialized in insurance litigation and consultancy services for small and medium-sized enterprises.
In 1996 he started his own private practice, dealing with real estate issues, family law, insurance cases, and medium-sized enterprises working in the transport and construction area.
In 2003 he co-founded the AVVOCATI ASSOCIATI law firm.
He married in 1994 and has two children. He is a fan of rock music, he loves the mountains and he is a passionate hiker.
